The Brief

Relaunch the LG Shine mobile phone, to fashion savvy consumers using the proposition of beauty driven by technology.

The Solution

Creation of an underground art movement called Ppalgan (the korean word for red, referencing the red glow of the keypad). The movement includes electronic art, both visual and sonic, driven by artists and consumers.
